Va detto che in alcune regioni soggette ad un clima piu&#8217; rigido, come Valle d&#8217;Aosta e Trentino Alto Adige, possono essere in vigore delle deroghe che anticipano la data al 1 novembre o addirittura al 15 ottobre.<\/p>\n<p>Generalmente, l&#8217;obbligo di montare le gomme termiche resta <strong>in vigore fino al 15 aprile<\/strong> (anche in questo casa ci possono essere variazioni di data da regione a regione) con una tolleranza di un mese. Questo significa che si potr\u00e0 circolare con le gomme termiche al massimo fino al 15 maggio senza incorrere in sanzioni. <\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>gomme termiche<\/strong> sono caratterizzate da una mescola che offre <strong>prestazioni migliori sotto i 7 gradi<\/strong> ma perdono di efficacia (e possono anche diventare pericolose) se usate quando le temperature sono alte, ad esempio nei mesi estivi.<\/p>\n<p>Circolare senza le gomme termiche nei mesi in cui \u00e8 obbligatorio averle comporta una <strong>sanzione pecuniaria che varia in base al tipo di strada<\/strong> che viene percorsa: nei centri abitati la multa \u00e8 pari a 41 euro mentre fuori citt\u00e0 le tariffe partono da 84 euro per salire fino ai 318 euro nel caso in cui la violazione venga riscontrata in autostrada.<\/p>\n<p>Le multe per il mancato utilizzo delle gomme termiche vengono applicate dopo 30 giorni dalla data dell&#8217;entrata in vigore dell&#8217;obbligo.
